Summary: It was not clear when we booked this property that it was a bed and breakfast, not a hotel. We booked this property at the last minute and apparently the people who managed this property did not know we were coming. When we showed up, by chance the maintenance man showed up at the same time but he did not know we were coming. He tried the best he could to accomadate us and let us in. Since this property was in a residential neighborhood, we had to take a taxi to do anything, including eating. Then we had to pay in cash, since we did not pay ahead of time. That meant we had to go out and find an ATM to get the cash. The property is not bad, but overall the experience was not convenient.

Summary: Wonderful stay. Carvel and Simone were great hostess’. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The home was beautiful. Very quiet surroundings.

Summary: I know they've had a major storm but mold happens and it was in other rooms, not my room, but I could not have stayed there any longer the staff, the 2 people there were amazing on Expedia, you advertised, shuttle, there was no shuttle. I had to pay my own cab. The pool was not clean .never turned on hot tub after numerous asksasking on wcleaned.

Summary: When we first arrived on Saturday morning (1/17), our reservation could not be found in their system. We showed the "manager" our confirmation email & then she admitted us. The house is gorgeous, but the floors were not clean. I walked around barefoot inside the house & my feet were very dirty. It was very quiet there. The pool had cool water as did the jacuzzi (not heated). Breakfast with Rachel was lovely. We would stay there again.
