Positive: The staff was very kind and supportive. The place is nice and clean , and houses are quite cosy for the forest stay. Rafting is nice. Kids enjoyed a lot. The hostess is attentive. Even though our dog is quite big, they allowed us to bring it everywhere around the resort. Nice place for the nature unity.
