Summary: The condo was as advertised. The onsite manager was very friendly and helpful. It had some nice amenities like beach chairs and pool noodles. Liked the proximity to boat launch, trolly car that picked up in front of condo.Couple very minor comments.It would be nice if there were some basic spices in the condo. I know I had some leftover and would have been happy to leave them. Also, could use some smaller (6 ounce) glasses for cocktails.I found the tv a little difficult to use. I couldn't get any regular tv channels and the LG channels are hard to work and sometimes do not work properly. Would be nice to have regular cable.

Summary: The worse stay we've ever had. There should have been disclosures that the unit next to us was under major renovations 7 days a week 8-5. The instructions from iTrip were inaccurate regarding how to get into the property's gate and how the internet was configured. It took multiple times to get that figured out. We left 8 days early as we could not stand the noise from the construction next door.

Summary: The condo was very comfortable, the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. It was a short walk/trolley ride to restaurants downtown. I highly recommend this place.

Summary: Hurricane Ian destroyed our house and all of our possessions. We were desperate to find a place in Fort Myers to rent, while we started the rebuilding process. We were fortunate enough to come upon this condo in downtown Fort Myers. From the moment we walked in, we felt at ease. It is so warmly and tastefully decorated and is equipped with everything you need. I love to cook and the kitchen was so well equipped. . We enjoyed getting to know the downtown hot spots which were just minutes away. Everyone we met at the pool, or premises were warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this condo, you will love it!!

Summary: Amazing vacation! The condo is close to downtown for entertainment/nightlife and the free trolley rides were super convenient. We enjoyed the sunsets from the dock, easy boat access, hot tub/pool. A beautiful, clean, updated and cozy condo. We’ll be back!

Summary: Our month long stay was frustrating. Upon check-in the condo had no water and I needed to figure out how to turn on the main water supply. The bathroom was not cleaned - like at all - and a note to the property mgmt company expressing the issue went unanswered with no offers to come out and clean it. Next, my wife and I spent 30 minutes trying to connect to the internet using the network name and password provided in the check-in documents with no luck. I finally figured out the network name by looking at the menu in the smart TV and the network listing in all the documentation was wrong. Needless to say it was a rough start and not a good way to begin our stay. The condo itself was very nice and mostly new. The essentials were there and it was very nice inside. The location of the condo was not what we hoped since the balcony overlooks the pool but also the main road leading into the downtown. The noise from the traffic was unbearable and we could not leave the doorwall open to enjoy the 70 degree weather. Also, the closest beach (Fort Myers Beach) was about 50 minutes away. Sanibel Island was around 50 minutes also. If your looking for a beach experience I suggest something closer to FM Beach. Again, the furnishings in the condo were nice but there were certainly some misses with the property mgmt.
