Positive: Wonderful views from the verandah. 5 minute drive to local beach. Great supply of wood for the fire. Lots of grass for our 2 Toy Poodles to run.
Negative: Front steps don’t have a handrail.

Positive: The location is fantastic. The yard and view great. The house is cozy and well set up. We had a good stay with family and would definitely come back.
Negative: The oven was dirty, the bins very full upon arrival. The bbq is not undercover and not able to be moved which when it was continually raining made it a not much. There was an issue with the power running really slow which made it hard to use the heater, stove and microwave. The energy company showed up mid-stay to fix the issue. This was not the properties fault. It was a good place to spend time with my family.

Positive: We loved the house and the location so much! The extras like plastic dinnerware for the children was really thoughtful and appreciated. We had a really lovely stay.
Negative: I think fly screens and some fans or air-conditioning would be wonderful. We were a group getting ready for a wedding and the house was very warm.

Positive: It was a great place to say just needs a bit of maintenance as there was a lot of noise coming from the house like the loose gutters that was begging all night and could not sleep. Some of the appliances didn’t work properly but overall it was a great place to stay.
