Positive: Staff at the reception is very friendly. We checked-in very late, they let us go sleep without going through all the standard rocedures. In addition, we came back to the hotel late every night, and the key was ready waiting for us at the reception.

Negative: There is space under the balcony door,allowing musquitos to enter the room (we had more bites than we had in Mombasa). They should hang musquito nets. The kitchen is not prepared for breakfast, unless there was buffet (because of a group bookingl, ordering breakfast took over 30 minutes.
