Positive: This was our second time staying at the hotel, the location is good , staff and food were great

Negative: This was our second time staying, the standard of the room we got for the price we paid was very disappointing, the room was cold, the cleanliness of the room was poor, there was no chair at the dressing table to sit , the towel rack in the bathroom was lose and ready to come off the wall . The room was absolutely nothing compared to the first time we stay very disappointed.

Positive: It is a really lovely and welcoming hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were lovely and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was very nice. We would definitely stay there again.
