Positive: My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Killarney Royal Townhouse! It has set a new standard for us in what we want in our hotel experiences - great location, beautifully renovated historic property with modern amenities (e.g., air conditioner), exceedingly hospitable staff, lovely little treats (e.g., welcome chocolate, scones on departure), and an incredible daily breakfast where my 3.5 year old made friends with a lovely staff member. An amazing stay and incredible value!
Negative: Very minor - the shower had only a rainfall shower and no hand shower, which made it a bit tricky to bathe my young son.

Positive: The staff was phenomenal! The hotel and room finishes better than the online photos. The breakfast was great and the service exceptional.
Negative: Their pillows could be more comfortable and it would be nice if there was more than one drawer for clothing (in addition to the closet rod) — and some hooks by the closet and/or in the bathroom would be helpful.
Summary: Highly recommend!!! Best experience we had in Ireland!

Positive: Everything was amazing! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The location was perfect. Can not say one thing negative about it!
Negative: The one downfall was no drawers available for clothes
Summary: We had an amazing time with our adult children! Would definitely recommend!

Positive: Ideal location, staff very nice and friendly with lovely touches of snacks in the room. Was on the more pricy side but that’s what you pay for the location which is perfect and in town. Meal in fig was very good.
