Positive: Location, plenty space between pods,very peaceful and well kept grounds. We loved the swimming pool.
Negative: Children’s play park,needs urgent attention,broken slide and the structure needs to be looked at as moving everywhere when kids were on swings,such a shame as could be a lovely area.
Summary: A beautiful site and lovely stay, staff were attentive to our needs,we would return .

Positive: It was very peaceful I loved watching the ducks and the rabbits around the lake you carnt hear any road noise great place to shut off from the outside world ! The bed was very comfortable the lodge had everything you needed . Although we didn't use them the bunkbeds in the lodge are great touch the lodge is very well built and planned out . Good WiFi connection on site smart tv so you can log into yoir netflix ect . Lovely pub/ restaurant on site . Lots of shops near by to grab your milk and bread only a 10 minute drive in scarborough the same with Filey lots of lovely walks . All round a really lovely place I will be returning!
Negative: The cups had lipstick still on them were they hadn't been washed properly it could do with a draining board for the side as there's nowere for the pots once you have washed them it could also do with a floor mop leaving in the lodge to dry the wet room floor as the toilet is in there and once the shower has been used it takes awhile for floor to dry . Also I feel bathrobes would be an added touch for when you get out of the hot tub . The hot tub did wake my husband up and the fridge was quite nosiey at times These are little things a d it wouldn't put me off returning I had a lovely time !

Negative: Having to carry luggage so far as I am disabled The cabin wasn’t clean found sanitary towel wrappers in the bathroom cupboard, tissues and sweet wrappers down side of bed Table was broken but we didn’t use as took up too much room No comfy sitting area outside Duvet was see through Pool very basic not inviting

Positive: Hot tub and location of the accommodation was lovely and quiet. Enough space for a few days away. The pool was enjoyable to have to ourselves on our booked time. Food in the bistro was lovely and filling. Although we arrived the first day despite booking that the chefs weren't in yet... But food still came quickly and was very tasty.
Negative: Arrived and the bed for my child wasn't made. The sheet on the bed was dirty and had jumping insect / bugs on the sheet. We called the emergency number and someone came within ten minutes. No apology given for lack of bedding and made us feel the insect issue was an 'us' problem. Could do with a toaster in the room for a quick breakfast. No information on booking in from booking.com or in reception area. So guessed 'the room was open' which it was luckily. The flooring in the swimming pool starting to come away so digs into your feet and the ladder into the pool is loose so is dangerous.
