Summary: I have stayed here many times but never on the 3rd floor, and the room has not been renovated recently unlike the other floors. Friendly staff, good breakfast, easy parking, great views and good value, but 3rd floor rooms are a bit small and dated.

Summary: Open parking area in front of the hotel. Compact bathroom in room 38 and guests in adjoining rooms are easily heard. Meals are good but you dont need to order pack lunches from the hotel as there is a coop 5 minute walk around the corner.

Summary: Just annoying wee things really … room was late for handover (20mins ), no milks in room and receptionist was as charming as the icy weather outside …. That said , it was a great price @£75 with the dog and room in Annex was a good size and pet friendly , large comfy bed .would defo stay again as location is brilliant
