Enniscorthy and Wexford towns are 15 minutes' drive and Rosslare Europort is just 25 minutes' drive away. This family-run B&B offers rooms that include continental breakfast, free WiFi and free parking. A cooked breakfast, made using homegrown produce, is available from EUR 3 and is served in the light and airy dining room, with a bird table providing entertainment while guests dine. The individually designed rooms at the B&B feature flat-screen TVs, a work desk and tea/coffee-making facilities. They include private bathrooms with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Positive: We were celebrating a birthday on the day we arrived at Killurin and we came with our own wine and charcuterie fixings to enjoy a quiet evening in. Clare set out wine glasses for us and cleared us a spot in the dining room for our little celebration. It was much appreciated. There was a pub within walking distance, and we saw some of the other guests heading that way, but we happily stayed in.

Negative: It seemed there was no comfy common room to sit and relax on a couch or in cozy chairs. The owners were watching TV in what may have been that room, but with the door shut so it seemed off limits. The bed was not the most comfortable and the instructions left directing us to take quick showers was a little off-putting.
