Summary: I have to say I was so disappointed by my hotel stay. This was the first time staying at the Epic (usually stay at the aka) but because I trust the Kimpton brand, I chose to book a one bedroom suite on this trip to accommodate my stay with my family. Where to I begin… our room was dark and the furniture was poorly maintained… scratches and stains on the couch and bed, and our tub was filthy! We needed the couch to be converted to a bed for our kids and it took guest services forever to bring the extra sheets and blankets to only drop them off and not help us prep the bed. Ordering anything from room service was a nightmare. Staff was rude and short… and wait times unreasonably long. Considering the premium price I paid plus the reviews I expected a much more comfortable stay.
