Positive: Have stayed before. I like the location, the rooms, having a nice restaurant on site.
Negative: We (my son & grandson, and I) had floated the Green River the previous 4 days & needed a place in SLC to regroup before they flew home early the next day. We needed to unpack the vehicle, decide what they would take home in their carry on bags and what I would take home to MT and ship to them. As we needed to unpack a loaded car, we asked for a luggage cart. None was available. This forced us to make multiple trips, costing us time & energy. We all were exhausted. This seems like an inconsequential issue, however I can't imagine where (at 8:30 p.m.) the luggage carts were - well, I can imagine...I assume people kept them overnight. :( The parking area was empty.

Negative: Check in went fine but I thought your front desk staff was not the friendliest A smile can go a long way.. When I called concierge for suggestion on a last minute massage she was unable to help me. She simply directed me to an app.

Positive: Fabulous location! Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping etc.. The room was clean & spacious. We loved having coffee service in the morning. It was a dog friendly hotel.
Summary: We had a great weekend and could walk everywhere!

Positive: Location to downtown. Quiet room, didn’t hear any other guests. Valet workers were great.
Negative: Horribly strong fragrance in Lobby. No couch in room, couldn’t relax as a couple in it. Restaurant was to expensive.
Summary: Wasn’t as nice as the first time we stayed.
