No Pets. No Parties. No Groups of 10 or more. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. No touching the cameras, touching or tampering with the cameras, will get your stay terminated without refund. The house is equipped with security cameras located on the outside of the house for our mutual safety. We respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. No rearranging the furniture.

Summary: My family and I stayed 3 nights at David’s home while visiting for my son’s boot camp graduation. The location was good - about 15 mins to the base. Access instructions were clear and I liked that we were able to park in the fenced in back yard. The home was VERY clean, which was the most important thing for me. The beds were sooooo comfortable, and the home had everything we could have needed for our stay. I appreciated the communication from the host and the special touches they added for the graduation - so thoughtful! If I ever get back to the area, I’d absolutely stay here again. Thank you David and your team for a wonderful stay!

Summary: David and his staff make the whole process so easy. The home is beautiful, fully stocked with all you will need and conveniently located 10-15 mins from gate 8 where you pickup your navy graduates. I highly recommend this home if you are attending Navy Bootcamp Graduations.

Summary: This house was perfect to stay with our son who graduated from Navy Bootcamp! We arrived to a very clean, and stocked with everything we might of needed! Super close to the base!! The personal touches were amazing!! Highly recommend!!

Summary: The property had nice sized bedrooms and although there was only one full bathroom, the water pressure was awesome. The backyard had a nice patio area with chairs and a table that we used daily. The trees and greenery made it feel very private. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Great place to get away for a weekend visit with your sailor! The location is close to everything (base, shopping, food, Gennessee Theater). The kitchen is the best room - bright and filled with sun! We so enjoyed being able to cook meals for our sailor and have actual conversations. The owner was in constant communication and was available to answer any questions that came up. I would definitely stay here again!
