Summary: This is in a nice neighborhood and a home that has been remodeled nicely. Everything you need for your stay. Beds were comfy and everything was very clean. The fenced in yard is great for your dogs with a beautiful lawn and fire pit and grill and table and chairs. We would have loved to hang outside but unfortunately it rained while we were there You will be happy with this rental and the communication with the owner was great.

Summary: My wife and I and our three kiddos stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. Here is some of the feedback from our stay:Good things:- very homey, tv room was fun to relax in with the family and the fireplace made it even better. - Kids loved the upstairs loft. - easy entry into the home- washer and dryer were great to use- shower extremely hot (wife loved it)- extra blankets to stay warm Things to know- one bathroom, just plan accordingly if you have more than a few people- upstairs loft gets pretty cold. We couldn’t find a vent in the room but our girls got cozy under blankets and slept great!Overall we’d stay here again for sure. Great location and quick responses to any questions we had.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space in the bedrooms to unpack for our weekend in Buffalo. Summary: This house was in a great location for a visit to Niagara Falls and attend a Bills game. The house was great for 4 adults and 2 small children. Decor was beautiful and was even decorated for X mas which thrilled the kids. Highly recommend

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay in this precious home! We've never brought our dogs with us on "vacation" before, but they had as much fun as we did, and seemed to feel right at home. Kelley provided everything we needed and even had essentials, if you forgot something. We will 100 percent be back if she'll have us. My family and friends were all under 20 minutes away in any direction. Thank you for a great long weekend!

Summary: We loved the house. The location is great. The bathroom could use some towel hooks. We thought it would have been really cool if basement had ping pong, fuzz ball, air hockey. Not a big deal just a suggestion would still highly recommend to anyone it was great.

Summary: We were in town for a faimly reunion but needed more room than our family could provide. We were delighted with the home, spacious and convenient! The neighborhood was pleasant, the house was responsive and kind. Overall an excellent place to stay, and hope to return again sometime!
