Negative: We requested early entry. It looked like it was approved. We met my Mom and her dog there 2 hours early and could not get into the property. We had no one to call or text. We called a "help" number a couple times and they kept saying that they would have somebody call us back and help. No one called us back. We drove around for 2 hours after a 5 hour drive. We went back and got in after SEVERAL trys by all 3 of us. Very frustrating and ridiculous. No contact by the owners this whole time.
Summary: The house was fine. A little run down. The only 2 small frying pans had dried food on them.

Negative: We had to buy towels because none were provided for the kitchen or hand towels/wash cloths for bathrooms. Had we known we could have brought them from home.
