Positive: The is a perfect location in Beijing. Right off a Hutong, with good restaurants nearby. Walking distance from Tiananmen, Forbidden City. Great Wifi. Reception service was excellent. Beds were clean, towels and serviced every day. This was a return visit for me to the same motel.
Negative: I appreciate the upgraded room for the space, however, the single bed was very uncomfortable. The furniture was in the wrong place for access to the powerpoint, so I moved it around to be more suitable and of course, then had a lot of dust exposed from under the furniture.
Summary: The is a perfect "value for money" location in Beijing.

Positive: Nice hot water. Hotel staff very efficient fetching whatever it is that I needed. very nice location close to everything. A tourist might need in Bejing.
Negative: Had difficulty Using the TV and setting up the air conditioner to provide heat. There was a little wear such as rust around the bathroom sink bowl. The beds were hard for westerners, but was given an extra puffy quilt to put under me which made it more comfortable.
Summary: I recommend this place for anyone who wants to visit Bejing and be in the center of everything

Positive: The location is excellent, close to some main attractions of Beijing, which can be reached by foot. The rooms are very decent, providing basic facilities. The staff has been helpful. The price was reasonable.
Negative: The rooms have a slightly faded air, with rather worn carpets

Positive: Staff were just playing video games and complained when i had a request. tried to charge me cash even though i had paid through booking.com, then pretended to phone someone and said its ok. Attempted fraud, luckily i didn't fall for it.

Positive: 1. Location is good. But you have to put efforts to find it among the buildings 2. Nice room. Tea pot is there, but tea is not provided 3. One lady of the all staff was helpful
Negative: 1. Internet! No internet in the room at all. If you need internet (as we all foreigners do), i wouldn't choose this place again. 2. Twise i put sign "do not disturb" on the door, twise they ignored it. They entered the room even if i say do not enter.
