Summary: This home is clean and tidy. It is nicely appointed. The hosts are very accessible, responding quickly to any questions or concerns. They do require shoes be left at the door so slippers or slipper socks would be good to bring.

Summary: Sweet little house with 3 bedrooms. The neighborhood seemed safe and easy to get to via Google Maps. Was a bit stuffy when I first arrived so turned the thermostat down and was contacted right away from owner about adjusting the temp. Also received a text the very next morning regarding quiet hours. It seemed a bit odd and felt as though someone was monitoring us while we were there.

Summary: The place was incredibly lovely, cozy, and just what my group of 5 needed! These two have really done a spectacular job decorating the place and making it cozy! We would highly recommend this spot!

Summary: A very livable, relaxing place to stay. The bedrooms are roomy, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is also roomy and has enough utensils to do some basic cooking. We had one meal in the back yard, which was fun except for the mosquitoes. The neighborhood is quiet and green, and there's a good Cuban restaurant a block away. We liked this house so much in August that we came back in September. Ricardo responds promptly to any concerns, but otherwise leaves the guests to themselves. The only drawback is that the bathroom is downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs, but this allows the accumulation of more steps. The bath is nice and big. Highly recommended.

Summary: Overall it was a fine place to stay. Ricardo was great with communicating and fixing a couple minor issues promptly. I could do without the house rules being plastered all around the house. A couple more dressers would also be beneficial. Good location near some playgrounds and a splash pad that my kids enjoyed.

Summary: Our family of four had a great stay in this duplex. It was wonderful to be able to spread out and let our teens have their own rooms, and the duplex was just as described. It was very clean and in a really cute neighborhood in West St. Paul. The owner was very responsive, and when we ran out of garbage bags, he had the housecleaner drop more off right away. I would absolutely recommend this duplex for anyone looking for a home away from home in St. Paul!
