Summary: Wish I had more info before renting here. Good: beautiful building, courteous staff, nicely decorated, great location. Not good: window air conditioners = humid rooms and noisy nights as it’s like sleeping w the windows open. Was woken up every night by rented scooter engines and sirens. Also not good: no elevator and claw foot tubs for showers are hard to climb in and out of if you aren’t as nimble as you once were. Another consideration: parking is in the garage across the street and the door to those elevators is closed on weekdays “until 6 or 6:30” (couldn’t get a firm answer) and closed on weekends. So you have to call security to assist around those hours and work with a security guard on the weekends. All of them are very pleasant, but it was a bit taxing for me to keep bothering ppl to get to my car (we had early morning appointments.) I don’t believe they do any maid service so we didn’t know what to do with trash during our 5 night stay. Families should know: there’s a bar at the bottom of the stairs in the lobby and it’s kinda weird to be walking thru an intimate happy hour crowd to get to your room. Again, everyone was nice but it was just a bit weird being in this cozy rental with non guests drinking cocktails at the bottom of the open stairs to where you are napping. In a larger hotel, that would be a little more separated from guest rooms. Overall it’s better suited for a trip to St. Pete’s that includes some night life, not biz.

Summary: Room was smaller than expected. Bathroom had no counter or anywhere to place toiletries. Staff were very friendly and the public areas were nice. Location was great and loved St. Pete. Uber very convenient.

Summary: I took my 3 and 7 year old daughters to a hanson concert and the Cordova was just a block away from the venue. I don't know much about the building but knew it was a older building and it has that old charm to it. I dont know much about the area either but after we checked out and drove over to the St Pete Pier to spend the rest of the day before heading home, I realized we should have explored more to the left when leaving the building vs walking to the right. All in all, we had a nice stay.

Summary: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff included Latoya, Eli, Rachel Jasmine and Kayla. I liked the small bar, sitting areas and porch. I feel the inn needs to be freshen up as the stair carpet needs to be replaced. The showers are very small and could use update as well. Location of inn was perfect for us
