Summary: This hotel is clean and comfortable. It is in a great location. There are some nice hikes around the area and it is nice to sit in the hot springs after exploring the surrounding area.

Summary: Fantastic property with a very generous and friendly owner and attentive staff. Would always choose to stay here on a trip to Taiwan.

Summary: Only a few people on staff spoke English. I had a wonderful time walking around the area, hiking up a stream, lounging in the hot springs at the hotel. The food was also pretty good.

Summary: No porter to help guests with big n heavy luggages. No shelter at the walkway from hotel to the hotsprings. Not senior citizen friendly.

Summary: The location is good. FengJia night market is just walking distance. It's no problem getting anything we need. We drove and the hotel car park is about 150m away from the main building. We need to collect a token from the reception to leave the car park every time.

Summary: Hotel staff are friendly. We self drove and had problem with our vehicle. They offered to help. Dinner at the hakka restuarant was great. Free use of karaoke from 9pm-11pm. Private hot spring jacuzzi cabin is worth spending our time there.
