Positive: Jenny was lovely and accommodating Kind to kids Helpful re laundry room usage Having 4 x bedrooms en suite was great Location good for picking up groceries or grabbing a coffee though a considerable distance to town with small kids

Negative: Dirty, mouldy cup on windowsill No washing machine or dryer for a summer holiday home where children are swimming daily was difficult to manage No clothes rack for drying provided (until I asked) Dishes & saucepans were far from clean (it was clear that they had not been checked post check out of last rental) No kitchen towel (until I asked) Couches beyond uncomfortable TV mini, reminding us of the size of a computer screen No separation of rubbish in the year 2024 was v disappointing (having gone to trouble of separating out compost, recycling, waste, etc)

Positive: location was ideal

Negative: appearance is very important- walls in the bedrooms looked awful very dirty and in one of the rooms all around the window the paint was off the wall. Toaster was not working and 1 of the main lights was not working in 1 of the bedrooms. €900 is a lot of money to pay so basics should be working
