Positive: We loved everything about our stay. The house is warm, inviting, and has beautiful craftsmanship. Each bedroom has a different theme, and the decor is all unique, carefully curated and fun to look at. We stayed in the seaside room, which had a beautiful balcony overlooking the front. Our room had its own bathroom which we wanted, and we would book this room again for that feature. There was a cute coffee bar on the second floor with lots of yummy syrups, and sugar-free options too! My husband and son loved the pool table. We had everything we needed for our stay. The backyard is just stunning, and we enjoyed sitting by the river. The morning breakfast was a highlight, and we were treated to homemade biscuits and gravy, homemade granola, fresh made cookies, chantilly cream with berries and more. I will be dreaming about that breakfast for a long time. We enjoyed talking with Tim and Teresa, and they make you feel right at home. They literally think of everything and it could not have been more perfect. I told them that this may well be my favorite place I have ever stayed! We can’t wait to visit again.

Positive: Theresa and Tim were incredibly kind hosts with a gorgeous home, conveniently located right at the base of Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Park. From greeting us at the door, to offering a full breakfast in the morning and sending us off with fresh baked cookies, we truly couldn't have asked for more! Our room was very spacious and quiet. We left fully rested and recharged for a full weekend in the parks!

Positive: This was a very nice B&B in a quiet neighborhood about 20 or 30 minutes from Fresno. The house was immaculate. Rooms comfortable and very satisfactory. The proprietors were hospitable beyond expectations. Fresh-baked cookies, and an excellent breakfast. There were several other couples and I think one lone person sharing the very large house with the owners. Great conversation at the breakfast table. They accommodated our late arrival (we had checked in during the afternoon, but had an activity that kept us out until after 10 PM).
Negative: The only minor awkwardness was a shared bathroom, which meant some waiting in the morning, before we could take care of our morning hygiene. The bathroom was clean and tidy and well furnished, but we needed to wait for a few minutes for our turn. It was no problem on a lazy Sunday morning, since our activities were planned later in the day. However, it we had had a tight schedule in the morning, it might have been a little dicey. FYI, breakfast - homemade - was at 8AM. Again not a problem for our stay, but could be an issue if one had early activities or wanted to sleep in.
Summary: Very congenial hosts, lovely home, and comfortable accommodation with several amenities.

Positive: Where to start! This B&B is exceptional. Teresa and Tim are so hospitable you immediately feel at home and very comfortable. The house is stunning with the Kings River flowing along the back of the extensive lawn. Our room had a private balcony area which was a joy to sit on in the morning and evening. Breakfast was amazing - all freshly cooked with many homemade options. We wanted to head out early one morning so we were given a packed breakfast that included fresh fruit with Chantilly cream! Sitting and chatting with Teresa and Tim was so easy and we had so many shared interests. They clearly love hosting, nothing is too much trouble and our room and all the amenities were a very high standard. We will be back in the spring for the Orange blossom Also, their little dog, Puck, is a real sweetie!

Positive: We stayed there for just one night, but the hospitality was exceptional. We will remember the owners for a long time — they were incredibly kind and took great care of all their guests. The house has a unique style, with beautifully themed rooms. The neighborhood was also calm and safe, with an incredible view and access to the river. P.S. Once again, thank you for your wonderful hospitality! We’re still waiting for the cookie recipe. :)

Positive: This is Bed and Breakfast at its finest. A beautiful home in a wonderful setting. Welcoming and friendly hosts. Access to all you need to cook a dinner. A great breakfast and lots of special touches. Fun interactions with other guests. We've already recommended this spot to our family and friends.

Positive: The facilities were amazing! Great views and amenities, and everything was so clean. The hosts also prepared an amazing breakfast every day and even offered an alternative for those who were leaving early for activities. They truly thought of everything!
