Summary: Could use a mat inside the door of the rooms during the winter. Otherwise all good.

Summary: Quite a disappointing experience! Paying over $350 a night for a hotel room in November in Kingston and freezing in our room at 18°C is completely unacceptable. The receptionist’s only response was, “Oh, I’m sorry,” while sitting by her own heater. There was no manager on a Sunday, usually peak time for hotels, and the reception staff seemed hesitant when addressing the issue. On top of that, the cleanliness was lacking — there were no Kleenex in the room. Where is the customer service and guest satisfaction? This hotel is not up to Marriott standards.

Summary: The location is great. The hotel was quite nice but very overpriced. Wifi was not included, neither was parking. The room had two double beds but there was a fee for a third person. For the amount we paid I definitely expected more.
