Positive: Modern facility. Friendly staff. Comfortable room with good lighting. Nearby good restaurants. Safe parking for your car (valet only).

Negative: Surrounding neighborhood - needs more cleaning of streets, sidewalk, graffiti and other matters. Parking at hotel was expensive. One need to stay vigilant when walking the area.

Positive: Very new, opened in September. Friendly staff.

Negative: A bit underwhelming compared to the images online. Our room was also lacking functionality and there were some design flaws e.g. lots of wasted space by the door where there were no lights but not very spacious otherwise, bed lights also did not have switch by the bed and had to be turned off at the main switch.

Positive: The hotel is brand new so everything was pristine and spotless plus it smelled great. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were so soft. The rooms are big and have everything you need. The location was convenient and street parking was easy.

Positive: The place was incredibly clean and the staff were very friendly. I loved that there were so many great food options nearby. The owner even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even better. We had a wonderful time. Thank you so much!
