Positive: The room was spacious. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.
Negative: The bed was not the comfiest, but the room was nice. The view was restricted slightly by a roof which is a shame as the views from outside are stunning.

Positive: Me and my family visited kipi for 2 nights. The breakfast was expectional with alot of variety for vegans and kids, the staff was very nice and helpful. We really liked the jacuzzi. Overall the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Amazing view from the outside patio.
Negative: The location is on top of the village that provides a great view but it is hard to walk 10 minutes up the mountain from the only restaurant in the area. There is no ac in the room, in the summer it might be hot. There is a step in the middle of the room, you need to pay attention not to stumble.
Summary: Nice stay kipi suites

Positive: Breakfast was excelent, beds were comfy.
Negative: We booked two rooms for our family, but were placed far apart despite the hotel being almost empty. The staff was completely unavailable at night. I sent a WhatsApp message to the number posted in the lobby regarding a broken toilet and exposed electrical wiring, but they haven't gotten back to me even now, more than 24 hours later. Furthermore, the jacuzzi was broken (leaking) and there was no Wi-Fi. I cannot recommend this place due to the unacceptable lack of service and basic safety.

Positive: Spacious, clean, beds were comfy, central location for touring both sides of Vikos gorge and bridges, quaint, village is inviting. Spiros was helpful.
Negative: Was unfinished, inadequate lighting, no heat or air conditioning. Shower put water all around, needed curtain. Parking was difficult, having to turn around in a tight space or back down long drive.
