Positive: Location is excellent. With a car, it’s a fantastic drive up and down the hill. So gorgeous and the surrounding landscape is amazing.
Negative: It was amazingly perfect. The hosts really accommodate you in any way required

Positive: Lovely property, serene. There is a different tradional breakfast each day and they were really tasty. Host was great and super helpful. The location is much cooler than in downtown Chiang Mai.

Positive: Perfect in every way. Beautiful view from room and terrace, yet private because houses are arranged so that other people cannot look inside your room. Delicious dinner barbecue and breakfast, I highly recommend getting them. Goats and cats roaming around the property, kids love interacting with them. No bugs/mosquitoes during my stay in February. Even the narrow winding road to get to this place is amazing. Very kind and friendly staff.
Negative: Not a downside, but just be aware that the staff may bring the dinner or breakfast to your terrace any time.

Positive: We loved everything, but made a huge mistake booking this stay as we do not have a car. If you don't have a car - Do Not Book. Taxi are not going there, from the city good 50 minutes, so our spends on transport were more than the stay itself for 2 night. All the rest is fabulous!
Negative: Book here only if you have a car!

Positive: Firstly, I stumbled on the place because the reviews were extremely high and I wondered why. Very well maintained, everything looks well thought out, the tables and chairs were all strategically location, you can also open the toilet door to shower with a view! Estate is so beautiful with very friendly mountain goats, the view is to die for. Internet was fast, I had some zoom calls and it worked well. Pictures do not do justice. It was a simple but very beautiful estate. I think most places in the area do not have that pleasing aesthetics as well as functionality all in one. 10/10 service like Kirin Farm - seems like they know what guest want. It’s about 1hr 15 min drive into the valley, but the owner helped us with taxi effortlessly and super quick. You won’t regret the journey, because it’s so beautiful... I may have wished I stayed 1 more night. 3-4 days is enough. Honestly, there are way too many accommodations in the area and I was looking for one that was not too kitschy and that I could shout about to my friends back home in Singapore. This was it, price was so reasonable although slightly higher than others you don’t get too much domestic tourist for that. The mookata hot pot set is a MUST order, at least for one night you must try. It was the best I had even though we do have it a lot at home. Proper and abundance of meats :) The coffee and tea in the morning was so memorable because you can grind your own coffee beans… it was so good I asked for more. You can watch sunset or do a 1 hour hike which the host will tell you. I will be back! Thank you
