Summary: The facility was very nice; the buffet breakfast was excellent. However, both Hotels.com and the Kirkwood Inn charged me for our room, and neither has been willing to admit their mistake and issue me a refund. I will apparently have to dispute both charges through Capital One in order to avoid being double-billed. I will not stay at the Kirkwood Inn again and do not plan to book any travel through Hotels.com in the future.

Summary: That was a beautiful place to stay. Very clean abd cozy. Best sleep in a hotel. Very peaceful and the breakfast was very sweet.

Summary: There were two floors at the Inn. We stayed on the second floor. Note: there was no elevator to get up to the second floor, so if you're handicapped, you need to ask for a first floor room.

Summary: Check In and Out were fast and easy. Room was great. Best of all was Breakfast and the Woman we met and who was cooking. SHE WAS GREAT!!!!!

Summary: It was a really old inn that still used a physical key and registration card instead of a card key and online registration. However, it was super clean and bed was comfy. Such a quiet place. Front desk was super friendly and welcoming. Even my grumpy teenager liked it. Breakfast was great. We really enjoyed our stay.
