Positive: The location was great and the onsite onsen was absolutely lovely. The inside one was great the outside one was problematic with insects at night.

Negative: Oh my this place is dated and needs a lick of paint and to be honest a whole new remodel. Our room was very similar to a caravan my parents owned in the 90s it’s extremely old and worn, but it was comfy and the price was reflective of that we thought.

Positive: Staffers are very nice and kind. Services there were plenty, including a big indoor bathhouse and an outside (but secure) bathhouse. Location is excellent, too.

Negative: Nothing

Summary: I was on my business trip, but I'd pick this nice hotel on my private trip, too

Negative: Holet is old and the rooms were subpar. Bedding was old and stained, had three identical rooms but booking.com charged us two at a low rate and one at a high rate.

Positive: Yes, it is a bit dated, but in a wonderful way. Beautiful views from our balcony, very friendly and helpful staff, large onsens, good breakfast ( we had buffet one day, set Japanese breakfast the next day). Our triple room was very large with bath, fridge, sitting area, yukatas in several sizes.

Negative: There is no laundry facility on site, coin laundry nearby
