Positive: Quiet location. Clean and modern facilities. Welcome basket on arrival. Dog friendly. Private garden with lovely views over the fields. Pub just round the corner.

Negative: The garden gate would not close securely but I sorted that by placing a plant pot either side. A lovely quiet location apart from a local cockerel who chose to crow at 3:30 every morning!
