Summary: There is no lobby, no employees, no ice, no control (that was working) over the room thermostat. The entry to the building was very dirty. Questions sent to management were not answered.

Summary: My first time dealing with no contact check-in and out. I did not enjoy it. I want people there other then other guest. The beds were not comfy. Id say a 5 if that.

Summary: Either the hallway or room next door or plumbing in the very vicinity of our room had caused flooding prior to our stay because the room reeked of mildew and the carpet all along the exterior hallway side was wet to walk on, and of course there's no desk attendant to notify if issues, though I instantly signed in and left negative feedback hoping someone would reach out, but no. This room should never have been allowed to be booked....no doubt the hotel would never pass an inspection. On top of that, we had booked a room on the water side but were give a room facing the parking lot. How there are any good reviews for this hotel, I have no idea, and I read them prior to booking. I was honestly disgusted and I do not say that lightly.

Summary: Kiteville was kind of weird because there wasn’t any people or a lobby in there, the only person we saw was tending to the landscaping area. So we didn’t like that, and the fact that we needed codes to get in there and into our room. But the rest was okay except for there was a spider in our bathroom.

Summary: Room was a little outdated, could use a better detailed cleaning, view of the river and the lighthouse was great. The balcony was comfortable and the unique furniture was cool.

Summary: Check in/check out was easy. Common areas need a good cleaning. Room was okay but air-con was way too noisy.

Summary: If you want bang for the buck and don’t mind quirky this is the place for you. There’s no check-in office; at 3/00 they email you the passcodes for the outer and room doors. We were pleasantly surprised by the sheer size of our room—a queen with pullout couch, a kitchenette stocked with pots and pans, cutlery, a microwave and a decent sized fridge. Bring your own paper towels and detergent. The bed and pillows are super comfy and the sheets and duvet seemed freshly washed. There was a desk and big set of drawers and two closets sp plenty of room for several people. They don’t clean the room unless you ask (by calling the number provided) and nobody is there to give you an extra pillow so make requests asap. My only complaint is that the lights in the parking lot do NOT come on, and even though the hotel is located in what seems to be an ok neighborhood (next door to a Aldi) but a dark lot is a big safety issue. We will be returning!
