Summary: There isn't any better location for staying in Vancouver. This place has a feeling of staying with friends. If you're interested in an austere hotel, this isn't the place for you But if you want a homey welcoming atmosphere with a beautiful little outdoor garden then you'll probably love this place.

Summary: Tired, dated, not very clean, not many amenities (no shampoo, paper towels, wash cloths, dishwasher soap). Plastic on window without glass, tape on front door instead of weather stripping, leaking bathroom tap, drains plugged. Won’t stay here again - outrageous price for what we got.

Summary: Livios apartment was an ideal location for kitsilano, the apartment was homely and so convenient for the local bars and cafes. Livio was very quick at responding to a number of questions we had and gave some great advice about restaurants in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay in a lovely place.
