Spacious year round, waterfront home on back bay of Biddeford Pool...5 minute walk to beach....Wake up to the sun glistening on the water. Inhale the fresh salt air! Listen to the surf crash on the beach as you watch the seagulls soar overhead. Enjoy your morning coffee on the dock as the ducks swim by and the lobster boats depart their moorings. Experience Maine and all it has to offer...the way life should be.
Large, modern, fully-equipped home on the back bay of Biddeford Pool. Five bedrooms and bathrooms (2 master bedrooms- one on each floor) Lawn to water's edge and private dock with floats. Family room with piano and wet bar opens onto sun deck. Living room and dining room sliders open onto screened deck for meals overlooking the bay. TV and minisplit which cools living and dining rooms. Fully-equipped kitchen boasts quartz counters, induction stove , microwave and all the gadgets! Small appliances include toaster, blender, crockpot, toaster oven, electric griddle, waffle maker, panini maker, mixer, coffee maker, coffee grinder and food processor. Bottom cabinets have child proof magnetic locks which may be engaged for safety of children.
Downstairs also includes guest master bedroom with Queen bed, TV and master bath with shower, second bathroom with tub, laundry room with extra large Whirlpool Cabrio washer and dryer, laundry sink, and second refrigerator.
Upstairs includes master bedroom with 2 king-size beds, cable TV/VCR, and private bath including 2 person tub and additional shower. Bedroom two overlooking bay has king-size bed TV, DVD, and minisplit. Bedroom three and four are both queen size....with full size crib in one. Additional upstairs baths with shower.
Towels (bath and kitchen) are supplied by owner. Bed sheets supplied by tenant or through local rental.
Lots of lawn room for outdoor games. Lawn furniture, Weber gas grill and beach chairs - also badmitton, bocce ball, croquet, corn hole and a variety of movies and games.
UNE students please note: I do weekly rental...no winter season long term rental!

Summary: Kitty Cove proved to be a great setting to reconnect with family. The site came as advertised with shore access and spacious accommodations. Plenty of room for 4 couples to spread out and visit. Easy access to restaurant and retail in nearby Sacco / Biddeford. Also a short jump to the Portland harbor area. Carole and family proved to be most gracious and accommodating hosts. Many thanks.

Summary: Kittycove was all that we expected, and more! Lots of space and comfort for everyone and equipped with everything we needed. 5 minutes to a nice beach and great outside seating for everyone to gather. Carol was super quick responding to any questions. We really enjoyed the few nights we had.

Summary: 11 adults stayed very comfortably at this lovely home. It was a little difficult to find at first as the house is back a drive and not visible from the road. Carol is very good at checking in with you before and during the stay. We had a wonderful time at the house, even with a shower one day!

Summary: Kitty cove is a beautiful piece of property. Quiet and great for family gatherings., ours was my daughter’s wedding. We had 4 families all from out of town and each family had their own section of the house and bathrooms. Elderly mother stayed on the first floor which was very convenient. Thank you Carole for your hospitality and sharing your home !

Summary: Overall, we had a wonderful experience during our stay here. The location is perfect, right on the water & nearby multiple towns with Kennebunk/Biddeford within 15 mins drive. There was plenty of space for our large group of 7 adults to spread out & the check-in/check-out experiences were both fast & easy. Overall, couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Summary: This was the perfect home and spot for our needs. We were three couples who wished to spend extra days together after our 60th reunion from Bates College. We loved the huge, quiet, private property overlooking the pool, the spacious and separate bedroom areas we each chose with our own baths, the well-appointed kitchen, the homey conversational gathering areas and, of course, the bar! We were familiar with the area and the beautiful ocean beach within walking distance. This is quintessential Maine, and we are all still smiling and highly recommend this rental.
