Positive: The beach house was lovely with lots of windows and a wide open main room and kitchen area. It was close to everything we wanted; Shell Shack souvenir store, the beach, of course, nearby towns with everything we could want or need, 2-car parking under the house so our vehicles were protected, wood floors, the most comfortable mattresses I’ve slept on in a long time - my whole family said their beds were very comfortable, the property manager, Patrick, was wonderful, even came to the house to replace batteries in the Central Time zZone clock, the property is right on the edge of Eastern and Central time zones so one side of the beach house put our phones on Central and the other side put them on Eastern, every room had its own beautiful bathroom, a good-sized, fenced-in backyard with direct access from the wrap-around porch, pets allowed.
Negative: The beds in the room with 2 twins were noisy when the kids moved around on them and it could be heard in the room next to them and kept my daughter awake.
