Positive: Unbelievably clean caravan with loads of crockery and cutlery in the kitchen. The little gifts of wine and cookies and the lady's toiletries were nice touches. Heaters in every room for cold mornings. Couldn't recommended enough.
Negative: Nothing. Some have mentioned the railway line nearby and the train rumble but we got used to it very quickly.

Negative: No racks in the oven so struggled to cook all the food we had brought rang the owner he knew about it but could not do anything we should have been informed before our stay I ended up having to knock on other caravans asking if we could borrow theirs luckily for us they were not using them Just an inconvenience

Positive: Lovely spacious, clean, comfortable van in good location, close to beach and amenities. Has everything you would need for your stay,tea coffee,sugar provided as well as some lovely little extras, even had shower gel,shampoo and conditioner Outside furniture, and fold up chairs
