Positive: Location: it is next to the old iron mine and 2 minute drive from a ski lift. Also 5 minute drive from Norberg. A lot of parking space in front of the hotel. The lady at the reception was very welcoming.

Negative: No doubt the hotel is outdated. Keys and not cards open the room doors. I don't mind. One problem i noticed in my room: the bedside lamp was poorly located, and bumped into my head every time. Oddly the elevator is very slow (44 seconds) going up, but quick (8 seconds) going down. I am talking about one floor.

Positive: Situated in a very nice area with many walks and places of historical interest. The lady who received us was very knowledgeable about the area, helpful and attentive. Wide choice of food for breakfast, both cold and hot. Beds comfortable and the room well planned.

Negative: Windows in the dining room needed cleaning. The floor in the entrance seemed to need some kind of attention.

Summary: Well satisfied with our stay and would book the hotel again if visiting the area in the future.

Positive: The personnel was very friendly, and provided lots of suggestions for things to do in the area, as well as informative brochures. You're able to choose your own time for breakfast, which is a nice plus. Breakfast is very good with lots of choices.

Negative: The first morning they didn't have any vegan milk for breakfast, despite letting them know several days before that there was 1 vegan in the reservation. They provided it the following morning so all good :)
