Positive: The owner of the property is very a friendly and attentive. The place itself is very nice and located in a very calm area next to the park/forest among private houses. You could park your car within private yard.

Negative: There is a lack of kitchen stuff: e.g. no dishwashing machine, and not a very comfortable area to cook (should be ok for a short stay).

Summary: I would add compact dishwashing machine and tiny IKEA electric stove.
