Positive: The Kleinberg House is a rented shared space with the owner. The owner is super nice and helpful. He is a famous Indian guy from Bollywood who moved to Canada. Super friendly, very helpful and outgoing! The house is shared with other guest in their own room. Each bedroom has their own bathroom & he was very accommodating on the check-in time. House was very clean. Very elegant and beautiful. 1 min drive / 10 min walk to a Park right up the streets for kids. The house is kid friendly and very open concept and has a lot of space!
Negative: Breakfast could've been earlier. Owner said he would make breakfast for the house & he was not awake by even 9:30am. We had to leave by 8:30am to attend a birthday party. Hence our stay.

Positive: Home was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good. And I enjoyed chatting with the host and the other guests at breakfast before departure.
Summary: Kleinburg House was a lovely surprise for my stay for a friend's wedding in nearby Kleinburg.

Negative: Another guest may mind but I didn't mind at all that it was a basement suite. It was accessible and private. Ideal for me.
