Positive: Very clean and modern hotel, freshly renovated. Hotel employees were friendly and helpful. Proximity to the beach was a huge plus.
Negative: Lack of fish and seafood options. Quality of wine, beer and juices (artificial taste).

Positive: I arrived at the hotel quite late and quite tired. The check-in process took no more than five minutes and I was already in my room and passed out. I noticed that the shower cubicle was leaking water, which I reported to the gues relation the next day, the problem was solved within half an hour of checking in. The hotel was renovated a couple of years ago, the quality of the renovation is very good, everything looks great. The hotel is all inclusive for everyone at all times, so even if you want to eat at three o'clock in the morning, you can do it. There's no lunchbox for early morning departures, but that's probably something only those who want to complain would complain about. Most of the staff have been working in the hotel for over 10 years, they know everything, they know their guests who come year after year to this hotel. The staff is friendly, helpful and responsive. The guests are mostly from Scandinavia, Finland, Czech Republic and Poland and Germany, sometimes English was heard, but there were not very many British. The food in the restaurant is good quality, varied enough to not get bored during the week. Turkish tea is available 24x4. Drinking water is always available. The hotel has an absolutely gorgeous gym with very good and new equipment. I was pleasantly surprised to see a Concept 2 rowing machine there, which we had a memorable week with. It's rare to see it anywhere, and it's the best one yet. I would especially like to thank Melissa from guest relations for interesting conversations and help with issues resolving. What's around there I recommend climbing the mountain where the fortress is located. Not sure if a guided tour would make any sense. You can go up either on foot or by cable car.

Positive: The price / quality ratio is exceptional. I was quite sceptical about coming there, but I really loved the place. We received a free upgrade, the room was amazing with huge windows and clean. Everything is brand new, even the fitness center. Life music during the weekend was also nice. The seaside beach costs 7,5 euro per day for 2 person, which is fine.
Negative: Rose wine was terrible 😂 But anyway for such price the food was good and beer and white wine were fine

Negative: Very restrictive all inclusive paid more for upgrade but not worth it. Pool closed by 5pm all chairs put away. Staff were pleasant only

Positive: the all inclusive works very well, you can plan your day around it and no need to do external shopping for food or beverage. they have a gym with decent equipment, indoor and outdoor pools, hairdresser/barber and a shop right by entrance for anything you may need and good value. Really a great hotel and location
Negative: when you sit down to eat, the waiters are slightly “too” efficient, as soon as you finish your plate or they see it empty they take it away and my matter was that I wished to keep it to re-use it. I understand the process to keep the cleanness high but I would have wished to not feel pressured to finish so that they can clean up right after. not a big deal though, only constructive criticism

Positive: very good and comfortable hotel. we bought everything we needed at the small marked right outside the hotel, they dont have overpriced stuff like others do. the seller Sükrü became our best friend at the stay.
