Summary: Lat time I will ever stay in a self check-in hotel anywhere in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. They assume that Germany won the 2nd World War and that the whole world speaks German... No regard for foreign tourists, all the instructions, notices and messages are in German. No staff to assist a guest during check-in, you're on your own, mate, good luck! To rub salt into the wound of a tired and irritable guest after a long trip, they placed the self check-in computer in a little corner of the building where there is virtually zero internet signal. Try your Google Translate to understand the instructions without any internet availability....The restaurant closes it's kitchen at 8.45pm, so eat dinner on the road somewhere, because the staff will literally ask you to leave the room when you ask for food. To prove that I'm not under the wrong impression, read this, which is a direct copy from their official website: “What you WON’T get with us (honestly): • No 24-hour on-site concierge • No room service • No permanently staffed reception • No breakfast If that’s what you’re expecting, you’ve come to the wrong place — in which case, we’d recommend a traditional hotel. " SHOCKING! RUDE! They literally tell anyone who isn't a tech-savvy teenager that they are not welcome.

Summary: Please note that there is nobody on site, there is no breakfast (despite Hotels.com stating that) and that the restaurant is closed Mondays and Tuesdays. The hotel gave me the same feeling as the hotel in the movie The Shining.

Summary: The room was clean and bed was comfy. There is no AC and it was hot! Also we didnt have towels in the room and after asking they told us to go look for them in the storage room. There was only one towel for two people. Also no luggage storage available. I wouldnt recommend for people relying on public transportation since the last bus from Schaan center goes up the steep hill around 7pm.

Summary: We traveled for a month in Europe and this was probably the nicest hotel we stayed in. Free parking, friendly staff and great breakfast.

Summary: Location was perfect with a fabulous view, after arriving after a long drive we found the restaurant not open and this was a Friday night! The room was large and very comfortable although a little hot with no fan and no staff on site hence that score as never saw anyone.

Summary: The place is well kept and really confortable. I could have a great rest. Very clean. But this place is ideal if you have your own vehicle For solo travellers relying on public transportation is not convenient. I couldn't find taxi services nearby. The kitchen was closed all the time. They rely on a community room with limited options. Although coffee machine was great. I truly recommend this option for someone who wants to disconnect, close to mountain nature sipping a cup of coffee.

Summary: Very easy check in, everything could be done straight from my phone. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains, it was very quiet apart from being woken up by the church bells at 5 am but this is expected in many Swiss towns and villages.
