Positive: The lodge was beautiful all round and everybody in our party was so delighted. Very clean and comfortable with spacious rooms and shared areas. The area is very quiet and even if other lodges have guests, there is ample space between lodges so there is no disturbance. The hot tub was a great addition and well maintained with the team coming to check on it too. It was reassuring that the team were contactable by message too and no question or request was ever too much. We didn't use the onsite facilities due to time but are already planning our next (longer) visit as it exceeded our expectations!

Negative: If you are aware of it in good time, early check-in and late checkout is available - limited availability. We would have made use of this but the team continued to be very responsive during our stay to try meet our needs which we were very grateful for!

Summary: Absolutely beautiful (Willow) lodge!

Negative: Wasn't totally clear that sauna and swimming pool cost extra, but whirlpool was great.

Positive: We loved everything, it was modern and clean, had everything we needed. We received texts to make sure everything was ok. It was just perfect for us and our dogs.

Negative: WIFI was not the best, so unfortunately, we could not watch TV, but it was not the end of the world.

Positive: Perfect for our stay. Clean, comfortable, everything we needed for cooking and the hot tub which was always hot enough was ready whenever we needed it (cleaned every morning). The other lodges were not to close and we could play football, relax on the deck and have a bbq without feeling overlooked.

Negative: Had to pay to use the pool and sauna.
