Positive: Very nice and quite new apartment in a gated community. Everything in the apartment was fairly new well-working and it had the facilities which we needed. Parking space in garage was available and there is a massive shopping centre including restaurants and charging for EV´s right across the street. For our purpose (which was just to sleep in connection with a short trip to Auschwitz), it was perfect, and provided good value for money.
Negative: The online dialogue with the host during the stay was fairly quick, and for the most part positive, but not without an annoying misunderstanding: apartment is non-smoking (very nice), but when we came there was a heavily filled ashtray on the balcony - my guess is that cleaning service had smoked on the balcony. When I tried (in English) to explain this to the hosts, they replied in Polish that WE were not allowed to smoke in the apartment. I think it worked out well anyway - no penalty for smoking has yet hit my inbox :-D
Summary: Very good value for money in an almost new apartment in suburb with all needed facilities nearby.

Positive: The apartment was very clean and really nice having a underground parking lot and stores nearby.
Negative: Kitchen needed paper towel or a dish towel. The bathroom also needed a hand towel. Very minimal towels.

Negative: Everything was ok with the apartment, but there were only 2 blankets for 4 people, so one person had to sleep with towel as we had one own blanket.
