Positive: The view , the room was excellent.
Negative: If you get asked to look at the breakfast before eating it , there's a reason , and that was because it was awful , Whatever was supposed to be hot or even warm - wasn't ! It was cold. That said the restaurant food was delicious , but you have to put up with the mosquitos. I guess because the location is on hillside the mosquitos were the worst we experienced in Thailand.
Summary: Great place to experience if you can cope with excess mosquito bites ....

Positive: I had such a wonderful stay at Heritage Hideaway. The bungalow was absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and had everything I needed. The views were breathtaking, the facilities were top-notch, and everything was so well maintained. The staff were warm, friendly, and always helpful. I truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be back!
Negative: Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like — everything exceeded my expectations.

Positive: Staff were immediately welcoming and really friendly, nice peaceful location, great views, good shower, free taxi to the pier at set times throughout the day, scooter hire available on site.
Negative: Anyone who is not confident riding a scooter or walking up and down lots of steps may struggle here but this was totally irrelevant to us.

Positive: My three friends and I had a great time at Heritage Hideaway! It is a 15/20 minute uphill walk back from the town or 15AUD taxi but we didn't mind this too much! The rooms were nice and the view is beautiful. The staff were all very lovely and accomodating. Thank you!

Positive: I liked the setup it was beautiful, lots of stairs so you want to be a little fit, but the staff were so helpful taking our massive backpacks down when we arrived and back up when we left. They take you to Sairee for free anytime between 8am and 8pm which is fantastic. To get back it’s usually always 300 baht taxi unless you go further than sairee which adds up. I loved the room and view, pool was great also
Negative: We had termite eggs fall into our bed, and a mouse one day, and other small animals enter the room during storms. Sounds worse than it was, but they cleaned the room thoroughly and it stopped after a few days. Look you’re in a jungle what can you do!
