Kolea 14 is a spectacular five-bedroom oceanfront estate that offers true luxury in the most exclusive section of the world-renowned Waikoloa Resort. The home offers spacious luxury with a solar heated pool, a spa with a waterfall, and a large backyard that offers privacy, plenty of comfortable seating and unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean and rare native fish ponds.
Built with comfort and open spaces in mind, the main four-bedroom home has wall-length glass sliders that blend the large living room with the beautiful outdoors. Great for Hawaii family or group gatherings, Kolea 14 is a prime property on the Big Island's Gold Coast. The home features two master bedrooms with splendid ocean views, a king size bed, generously sized en-suite bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs and walk-in showers, as well as private outdoor tropical showers. Located privately on the south side of the home, there is also a third master bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. A kids guest room with two sets of bunk beds and a sofa sleeper offer additional sleeping quarters.
A beautiful courtyard decorated with endemic Hawaiian plants and ponds separates the main oceanfront home from the private Ohana house, which features one king bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom. The Ohana house increases the estates sleep capacity to 12.

Summary: This home is beautiful! All accessories were sufficiently provided. The kitchen had every gadget imaginable - only needed a few more cereal bowls.The a/c system, tv and keyless entry app were a bit complicated, but we managed.The sunsets were amazing! We loved the pool, outdoor seating, tiki torches, and the birds!! Definitely the perfect choice! A wonderful vacation!

Summary: We absolutely loved our week at Kolea 14. My wife and I brought our three girls and their families over to help us celebrate my wife’s 70th and we had a ball. The house is beyond fabulous, and we managed to keep four grandkids entertained and engaged for a week with zero screen time! We did plenty of touring, ate a lot of ice cream and Poke and created a million memories for all. Now headed to Kauai for a few days sans kids before heading back to the mainland.

Summary: Cannot say enough wonderful things about this house. It was perfect for our party of ten, mix of adults, teens and tweens. The rooms were gorgeous, clean and comfortable and the outdoor area was even better than we imagined. The perfect view of the spectacular sunsets! Kitchen was also super well stocked with equipment. House itself was a great location in Waikoloa area. Short walk to the hotels and shops. Property management was responsive and friendly, though we really didn’t need anything during our stay. Would love to come back again, mahalo!

Summary: What has turned out to be an annual Thanksgiving trip to Hawaii, was spent in this beautiful home. The outdoor area was the highlight. The pool was spacious and there was lots of outdoor seating and dining area to use. There’s an added bonus of an outdoor TV, which all the men enjoyed as they watched football. The house is located in an area close to the beach, but is still quiet and relaxing.

Summary: We enjoyed the pool and sunsets, the back deck was set up nicely for a large crowd. We visited several beaches that were great, the volcano, the black sand beach, walked around Kona and enjoyed dinner at 2 local restaurants. Several in our group had never been to the Big Island before. The younger family members enjoyed the local coffee shops in the AM. Regarding the facility, the spa had some trouble which was resolved, the bath Jacuzzi in the right front bedroom never worked. Overall this is a great facility.

Summary: This is a fantastic property. There were 10 of us - adults and teens, and we all loved it. The house is gorgeous, huge, and well-stocked. The pool and hot tub were great and the view of the ocean from the backyard is exactly what you want when in Hawaii. Would highly recommend.
