Positive: it was the cheapest in Kuresaare, still very overpriced for the quality offered. Do not take room 3, you will be right next to the entrance with smokers and everything else next to your bathroom window.
Negative: Price-offer relation does not fit. There are about 10 rooms and you hear your neighbours. Beds where poor. Cheep overall impression. I would rather play a bit more and stay in a nice place.
Summary: Sorry, but do not recommend.

Negative: You need to take the slippers, since the floors are cold in the first floor. Would be good to have a clothes dryer somewhere.
