Positive: The staff were super helpful especially the cleaning ladies The restaurant food was very delicious and the portions were large They have private parking The hotel has a lot of activities like arcade games, billiards, bowling and so on and the residents get a discount on some of them The room was very clean and the balcony was huge

Negative: The shower head was broken so there was minimal water coming out The room key was glitching from time to time The beds were a bit uncomfortable Overall the only thing Kopala lacks is equipment and technology that newer hotels have in terms of hospitality human approach and service it's 10/10
