Negative: Unfortunately, several serious service failures overshadowed the stay. First, staff displayed a troubling lack of flexibility and training: a simple request to bring croissants to a family room was flatly refused for not being “on the menu,” and we were told any order had to wait a full hour after the breakfast buffet closed. Second, when a room-service delivery arrived and my family needed a brief moment to answer the door, the server began shouting and aggressively knocking, demanding the door be opened immediately for a signature, leaving my family shaken and upset when they called me in distress. Management showed no concern when informed. Most alarming of all, while sitting on my balcony on a high floor, a drone appeared roughly 10 meters from my face, apparently filming. When I contacted the hotel to ask whether this was hotel property and warned that further incidents would be escalated, I was met with indifference. This combination of poor training, aggressive staff behavior, and a serious privacy and safety breach made for a deeply unsatisfactory and, at times, distressing stay.

Positive: Location was great, just accross the road from the Beach, so it took seconds to get to. Staff were great, very attentive. Cleaners were all so fab and ensured they cleaned to a high standard. Breakfast options were enough to satisfy each member of my family. Food/beverages were reasonably priced. Plenty of pools and they were well maintained. Family suite was really good, was nice to have the facilities to be able to warm food or even have something cooked! I was pleased to find insec repellant plug ins in the rooms and a good iron! Overall, a very pleasant experience and I'd happily recommend and return!
Negative: I wasn't expected the carpet to the corridors to be as stained/dirty looking as they were. Especially, giving that it's a fairly new hotel. So it definitely needs a clean. I also had an issue a few times with Ants entering through gaps in my suite, so this needs to be sealed to avoid the inconvenience it caused us several times where we had to wait inside for the cleaner to be able to show her and delay our plans for the day. It would also be great to have more than 2 room keys on the first day. When requested, we were told only 2 on the first day. This was difficult to navigate as 3 members of my family needed a card, plus one was needed for the suite electric to operate.
Summary: A must visit if visiting Phuket!
