Positive: The location, the furniture and the spaces were well-organised. It was really close to the beach and to markets, supermarkets and pharmacies.
Negative: The bed sheets weren't very clean and the last day one cockroach was alive in the bathroom. The housekeeper was nice and helpful but one fact happened that we can't leave behind: when we arrived the washing machine was broken so she asked us if the next morning she could have come to fix it (telling us that she would have informed us before with a message). The next morning we didn't hear from her, while in the afternoon she came into the apartment without telling us while we were inside. She told us sorry, but it was a really unpleasant event anyway.

Positive: The apartment was spotless and in a great location. Irina was a fantastic host, we arrived in the early hrs she had food and drinks for our arrival, she also arranged car hire and gave us great recommendations including itinerary. We couldn’t have asked for a better host.

Positive: The apartment is as you see in the picture.. new and clean .. the position is fantastic , quiet but 5 min to the city center and 50 meters from a small beach with wonderful water. And finally Irina, she is a fantastic host, always available to give advice and help .

Positive: The owner Irina is incredibly communicative. Only steps away from the sea/beach. Only steps away from the greatest souvlaki/pitas in Chania! Super close to the old town. Has an 2 x Air Con systems which is very valuable during summer, a fridge, stove top, oven, washing machine etc. Basically anything and everything you need when spending time away from home. Irina gave us very valuable tips and recommendations for our stay and was very honest with us from the start. This property is a 10/10.

Negative: It might not be possible for the host to hold the luggage for you on the day of check out and there really isn't much places to leave the luggage except in a near by cafe
