Summary: It was nice and accessible. The A21 shuttle to the airport is basically right out the hotel which is convenient.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay very much. The room and ensuite toilet was clean. The location was prime, just a short walk from Mong Kok MTR Station. Both Keith and Joey were really friendly and helpful as well. There was just a small hiccup with the room arrangement, was told to change room as I was wrongly given a twin room when mine was meant to be a Single room. I would definitely consider coming back to stay because there's also the ease of having the airport express bus just less than 3 min walk from the building.

Summary: was staying during 05 March to 10 March 2016, with two rooms with twin bed. 1. location is good, walking distance about 7-10 minutes to Mongkok MTR and Youmaitei MTR. Airport bus stop is just 5 minutes walking distance. 2. sim card for phone provided, we can make use to have local with our friends in Hong Kong. 3. room space is bigger than I expected, giving it 6 sq meter, our twin room is enough for two people and two luggage. 4. room facilities are good: hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, kettle, cup (but no spoon), hanger, slipper provided. If there is a wardrobes in the room, then it will be perfect. 5. daily housekeeping, towel was change daily. 6. wifi is strong. 7. room is quiet but the door is not so good: if we close it from inside then it is okay, but if we want to go out and close it from outside, we need to try hard and make a loud noise. similar to other room, therefore you can hear loud bang of the door closing whenever other guest trying to close their door. 8. we feel secure as there are one more security door before reaching our room. 9. there is no heater inside the room, it is ok for me as the Hong Kong temp was about 19 - 26 deg C during my stay. 10. lastly, the owner is very polite, nice and helpful. we will consider to stay again if visit Hong Kong.

Summary: I have stayed here on two seperate occassions when I needed to be in Kowloon near the Mongkok Station area, but wanted to cut my typical hotel costs for the same in half or more. This is an excellent short-term stay option, particularly if you just need a clean room, bed, and shower unit. Guest houses do Not offer many of the standard hotel amendities,and conditions are clean and acceptable here but basic. So please don't think of this as a bargain hotel room. Its more a great alternative if you're not spending much time in the room (small; spartan). Again, excellent for its class and I would stay here again.

Summary: Wife & I stayed 8 days in this guest house. I was surprised by the clean bedsheets, comforters and pillow covers, unlike the guests houses we tried before where the bedsheets, & blankets stink of use by previous guests. Room and bathroom were cleaned everyday. Soft soap and shampoo (and even toothbrushes and toothpaste!) were provided like in the big hotels! Chinese restaurants, KFCs and MDs were close by as also a big shopping mall within walking distance. We were given free SIM cards too, due to our long stay. However, on some nights we did get smell of cigarette smoke coming into our room, probably due to some irresponsible guests smoking in adjoining rooms. Room doors did slam very loudly when closing. Overall I am glad that we found this hotel. Will definitely stay here again next visit.
