Positive: The location was convenient to just about everything and was quiet. We were happy to have a free place to park off the street. The property was well furnished and supplied. The welcome basket and wine were much appreciated. The host was welcoming and easy to communicate with. Great value for the money.
Negative: Although the property had many helpful labels and instructions, we couldn't figure out how to turn on some of the electrical plugs in the wall. (Wasn't bad enough to bother the host.) The spices seemed pretty old. The furnishings were functional and clean but dated.
Summary: Great value for the money in a great location!

Positive: The Host went out of his way to provide fresh flowers as I had requested. We enjoyed the special surprises like the snack basket, provided basket of personal hygiene items that one might forget to bring. We enjoyed the bottle of wine. Very thoughtful of host.
Negative: I think the carpets need to be cleaned.
Summary: Very comfortable, would definitely stay again.

Positive: I stayed with my son and grandson. Having separate rooms offered privacy not found in hotels or the other places I have rented. Not only was the place comfortable the host provided treats and a full kitchen. I will definitely stay there again.
Negative: I cooked most of our meal there. I found only a few things that could be addressed. The light above the stove needs replacing also the right front burner is too hot and I burned some food on it.
Summary: We stayed there 6 days and it was very comfortable, location was perfect for us.

Positive: It was a big two BR and 1 Bath place. Location was nice and in a quiet neighborhood.
Negative: The kitchen was to cluttered with junk or old items in the cabinets. The couch was old and very uncomfortable. TV located in dining room, so you had to turn your head tv watch tv. No local TV channels. Dining room chairs have lots of stains on them. Dining room chandelier had lots of cobwebs on it. Kitchen lights had greasy and dirt on them.
Summary: Good place to stay for the cost, but just need some TLC.
