Positive: Brilliant location, our room was very nice and the bed was super comfy. Housekeeping was fantastic, and reception was also super quick with any requests we had. It's a fantastic place overall, a bit dated, sure, but the location makes up for everything. Highly recommended.

Negative: Pools were hot , aircon noisy , cleaning was hit and miss sometimes got towels some times not , same as toilet rolls and you need to argue with staff to get a second card fir your room

Negative: Resort needs some maintenance. Cleaning staff did very little and didn't replenish rooms as required or expected. Had to ask for basics like towels and toilet paper

Negative: We haven’t got the room we wanted but after the complaints we were given the right one.
Summary: It was a great experience overall- we could go back!
