Positive: Perfectly location, at a 3 min drive from city centre and yet at a peaceful location. The owners were very helpful. Helped us with our bags to the room. Breakfast was great and more than sufficient. Soundproofing ensures you are not disturbed by vehicle traffic on the road next to the property. The beds were comfortable.

Positive: We had such a lovely stay at Kremelo Hotel in Berat! As two friends traveling together, we felt so welcome and comfortable from the first moment. The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and in a perfect location to explore the city. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Berat!

Positive: The hotel room was very clean and had everything we needed. Upon request we got the balcony room, and the view was mesmerizing, worth evey penny. The breakfast was fabulous. The host was so kind and helpful. We had an amazing experience. 10/10/recommended ! :)

Positive: Everything! The place looks so new, modern, clean and comfortable. The staff and owners were so kind and attentive. Always wanting to help and make us feel more comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and so generous. We couldn’t believe everything this included. This is a family owned hotel and you can feel the love an care they put behind everything.
